Converse asked us to bring customization to the top floor of their Soho flagship, kicking off with Pride month. We built a shop-in-shop with 360 customization counter and four table top heat presses that allowed consumers to get chucks, tees, and totes personalized with limited-edition patches, pins, and prints. Photo opps celebrating NYC and Pride added energy and engagement.
