Chubbies came to SEG with a crazy idea that popped up
during an internal brainstorm. “We want to do a crazy slip n
slide event, where guests can try out our swim trunks and
have a great time!” The brief was as simple as that and our
team got to work.
SEG managed everything from location scouting to consumer
journey and event programming. Consumers started by
checking in, choosing their free Chubbies product to trial,
were ushered to a changing room and then got in line for the
360 photo-moment before taking their turn on the giant water
slide! Once complete, there was lots of space to hang out, get
some fun treats and customize a tote to take with them! The
day was such a success, they are now making it an annual
event to kick off swim season!
